Why we’re still working?

14th Apr 2020

We would like to keep you up to date with the latest information regarding our service to customers based on the Government guidance.

On the 24th March, we temporarily paused service delivery with immediate effect in order to restrict the spread of Coronavirus. We have used this time to re-evaluate our working practices, complete new risk assessments, train our teams on new working practices and most importantly obtain the necessary additional PPE for our employees so they are as safe as possible.

In addition, we have taken advice from the British Association of Landscape Industries (BALI) and reviewed all government & WHO advice and we are now ready to start delivering our services to customers again. As advised on Tuesday 24th March by the Health Secretary, Matt Hancock: “I want to be absolutely clear when people absolutely cannot work from home they can still go to work, indeed it’s important that they do, to keep the country running”.

Our operation has now resumed. Clearly the health and safety of our colleagues and customers is of paramount importance and a number of controls, preventative and protective measures are in place. These include, but are not limited to:

We understand that it is important for everyone to have a clean and safe outdoor area and we are proud to be able to deliver our services at this time.

Our colleagues have risen brilliantly to the challenges of recent days. As we continue to face this unprecedented time, we’ll take onboard learnings, we’ll be informed by the latest guidance from the Government, and we’ll keep going.

We want to thank all our colleagues, our suppliers – and especially our customers, for your understanding and swift co-operation, working with us to ensure we can deliver services as soon as possible.

We will continue to update you as things change.

Please remember that you can contact us with any queries, and we will do our best to help.

Thank you and Stay Safe.
Best regards,

Steven Higginbottom
