How we’re improving our service
Access to real-time information and detailed visibility of each contract requirement helps ensure we can accurately schedule, plan, deliver and report all the required jobs on each visit. Furthermore, we can easily accommodate additional works seamlessly, moving our resources quickly if an urgent job occurs without effecting scheduled jobs; meaning we can deliver on time every time.
This new solution gives unrivalled remote access, rich data and the flexibility to adapt to customer requirements and provide enhanced reporting and analysis – all at the touch of a button.
Each client receives a dedicated login to view schedules, work completed, before and after images and resident feedback – all in real-time, giving you peace of mind, we’re completing the jobs agreed in our contract and much more.
Our team
Providing each team member with a personal tablet puts them in control. They can clearly see what is expected of them on each visit, they record the relevant data on each job as they complete it so there’s no paperwork or forgotten information, and they can instantly provide resident feedback and detail any recommendations they have on improvements. Giving Contract Managers and customers maximum visibility and detailed information, direct reporting from the field includes:
- Realistic timings on how long it takes to complete job
- Before and after pictures; evidencing jobs completed
- Status and job completion reports
- Requests from residents
- Important Health & Safety information e.g. chemicals used or if there is fly-tipping on the site which presents a hazard for immediate removal
- Directly report problems with equipment
