Embassy Bus Pull Challenge 2020

On Friday 13th March, Greenfingers rolled up their sleves and  took part in the Embassy Bus Pull Challenge 2020 by pulling the 17.5 tonne bus across 40 metres in 32.61 seconds. Sadly, we weren’t quick enough to raise the winner’s trophy, but we raised a whopping £3,408 for the fantastic Greater Manchester charity Embassy. We couldn’t have done it without all your support and we’d like to say a huge thank you to all fantastic customers, suppliers, staff and supporters who sponsored us for this challenge.

Embassy set a target of £500 per team & we smashed it thanks to you! 
Embassy are a fantastic charity that we’re more than happy to help. In the current climate with COVID-19; the homeless will be most affected. With nowhere to self-isolate, they need all the help they can get. Embassy is a charity that provides a safe space and helps people in need. Using a re-purposed tour bus, Embassy provides emergency shelter and support to the homeless in Greater Manchester.
