A berry good job for Housing21!

This week the Greenfingers team were out in force to help tackle some troughs and give them some much needed TLC.

The resident at Housing21 loves to grow strawberries and raspberries but her planting areas were showing some signs of wear and tear. So, the team got to work emptying them and relining with a new membrane before replacing with fresh soil. They’re now all set and ready, just in time for Spring – which is hopefully not too long away!

Greenfingers have recently delivered soil to many schemes across the borough for personal gardening projects as part of our CSR initiative. It’s always a pleasure to see how grateful they are, and this type of work is so rewarding for the team.
