On target to open a 3rd depot this year

The directors have been working hard in the early part of this year to find a suitable company to take over. The advantage of this is it will allow us to obtain a 3rd depot in another location that we don’t already cover, along with an existing order book and workforce. We will then re brand the company under the Greenfingers name. We have now narrowed it down to 3 possible companies and we are working hard to complete the deal by the end of the year. this would take the companies turnover to in excess of £2 million level enabling us to tender for larger contracts over a bigger geographical area.
