HR Co-ordinator - Rhayader
Greenfingers Landscape Ltd is a fast moving and leading supplier of Grounds Maintenance Services to Housing Association Nationwide. Due to our continued success and further planned expansion we are seeking a forward thinking and dynamic HR Co-ordinator with experience to manage our ever growing workforce.
This fantastic opportunity has arisen to work from our Head Office in Rhayader, Powys, reporting directly to the Directors. The business is looking for a progressive HR Co-ordinator who can operate at both an operational and strategic level, who is driven and will lead the commercial HR agenda.
The ideal candidate will be assertive, diplomatic with strong communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills. The post will provide an effective HR service to the wider business and will have the following responsibilities:
- Conduct meetings and interviews around the following areas; absence, disciplinary grievance, maternity, induction and exit.
- To assist in TUPE & redundancy consultations with Directors.
- To review and rewrite HR policies and procedures.
- To monitor and advise staff on specific business and employment issues.
- To assist in the recruitment and selection of staff to include writing and placing adverts, monitoring and screening applications, structured interviewing, administering ability tests and assessment centres.
- Preparation, organisation and delivery of training courses.
- To manage certain HR projects as and when required
- To support the Directors with employee engagement initiatives around talent, career development and succession.
To be considered for the role you will have obtained a relevant qualification or be working towards one. Ideally you will have sufficient experience. You will have a driving license and your own vehicle.

Salary £25k - £30k depending on experience, 37 hours per week, flexible. Possible option of home working 1 – 2 days per week.
