Since Greenfingers was founded we’ve continually grown and today we employ more than 140 members of staff serving communities across the North of England and beyond. In that time we have never lost a contract - a testament to our dedication to customer service and our passion for our work.
Creating Opportunities
For us, grounds maintenance is about more than improving the appearance of your outdoor spaces - it’s about improving the lives of local people who enjoy these spaces. We go out of our way to employ people from the communities we serve and run one of the best apprentice schemes in the industry. Not only does this provide opportunities to young people in your area, but also helps us to deliver the best possible service.

We believe the key to our success is in running every contract like a partnership. We realise how important it is for you to have your voice heard so you’ll always be able to contact us and we actively encourage feedback. Any concerns are acted upon immediately by our dedicated contract managers, and you’ll often find the Managing Director out of the office and taking an active role in the day-to-day running of our sites.
